Sea La Vie is our own private family house that we rent. It is a comfortable and spacious 3 double bedroom (one with an extra bunker bed) house with a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, Wi-Fi and indoor and outdoor space. Everything is prepared to make this a lovely beach house for friends and families to enjoy as much as we do. A bright, modern and contemporary furniture and decoration make it stand out from other houses in the area. 200 tv channels to choose from and a flat screen will provide everyone with ample entertainment. A truly unique beach house stay.
TOURIST TAX DISCLOSURE:
Please note that VRSA locality is charging as from 1 December 2018 a tourist tax as follows:
– Adults: of 1 euro per night up to 7 nights
– Children between 11 and 13 years old: 0.50 cents per child/night up to 7 nights
– Children aged 10 and below: Exempt
The obligation to make this payment befalls on the guests and hosts are obliged to collect this amount and pay local authorities.
Airbnb allows collection to be made at check-in (payment in cash) or via the Airbnb platform via the “request money” facility.
As we offer automated check-in, once you are settled in we will send all guests a request to make this payment. We seek your understanding and prompt payment upon request.

Guests will have access to Sea La Vie house for the duration of the stay except garage.
The house has a parking space inside the gates and a second parking in front of the property although once you arrive you won’t need the car as all amenities are walking distance from Sea La Vie.
We are reachable for questions via email or phones once you make a reservation.
Our house is under the wonderful care of our neighbours D Fatima and her husband Jorge.
Anything you need from extra cleaning to minor repairs or airport pickup and drop off (at extra cost) they can arrange for you.
This is a quiet, beachfront neighborhood with the beach literally within a 2 minutes walk and with easy access to some of the region’s best golf courses.
For the essentials, a pharmacy, newsagent, and supermarket are all within a five minutes walk, and the town has a wide choice of restaurants and cafes.
All you may need to make your stay memorable is at a walking distance.

If you don’t have a car, our neighbour Jorge can organize pick-up and drop off from Faro airport (50 euros per way) and for shorter trips you can use Uber or Taxi Manta Rota: +351 917 505 953.
The gardener and pool man come more or less once a week so please do not be alarmed if you see them.
All BBQ equipment is next to the bbq; feel free to use it.
Don’t leave food in the outside table or kitchen or ants will quickly have a feast 😊
